Chris was such a good sport, as we hopped around Chautauqua taking his senior pictures. He was willing to do whatever I asked, and I think he will find the pictures worth it. What a handsome young man! A big thanks to his mother as well, for watching my little guy during the shoot!

For anyone else interested in Senior Pictures, I only have a few more openings available this summer. So please contact me and I’d be happy to have the honors!

It always sneeks up on me … since school is still in session for some; but senior picture season is in full swing.  I absolutely love shooting seniors!!  To some it may seem a formality but I find it to be a very pivotal time for pictures – so much change is on the horizon.  Similar to sports – a good picture is one that captures the moment right before the action, capturing the suspense.  The shot the second before the batter hits the ball that was to become a home run.  Or a shot of a ball player in mid air, seconds before the winning slam dunk.  You can feel the momentum.  It might sound a little crazy, but that’s how I feel about senior pictures.  Senior year can be a very defining time and I love having the opportunity to capture a student as they are now, right before they go on to pursue something great!

Here is an early edit from yesterday’s senior shoot!

The relationship between these girls and their mother is one of the dearest I have yet to see.  It was my honor to capture their love and laughter!

I was thrilled when I was asked to shoot Bella’s 6 month pictures.  It ended up being a beautiful day all around!  My goal at every shoot is to capture each person and/or family just as they are; their personality, emotions, and relationships – but this couple made my job easy.  They are so obviously and completely in love with their little girl and each other!   As usual, I find it impossible to choose just a few … enjoy!
